Essentra Components is immediately hiring a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate in Erie, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in warehouse operations and forklift experience, who is looking to build a long-term career with a stable, global company.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience
- Forklift experience
- Strong and consistent work history
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay starting at $15.00/hour
- $1,000 Hiring & Retention Bonus
- $200 paid on first paycheck
- $300 after 45 days
- $500 after 90 days

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and assist in warehouse functions safely and efficiently
- Accurately process and pack customer orders using UPS and FedEx systems
- Apply correct packing slips, barcodes, and labels
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping/billing details
- Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory checks
- Cross-train in functions such as receiving, wrapping, restacking, and more
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable and self-motivated individual who can work independently once trained
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communicator and team player
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks and learning new systems
- Forklift experience is required
- Strong, stable work history is essential
