We are looking to recruit a confident and motivated person to join our supply chain team, based in Łódź.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery assurance – making sure that right stock is in stock for the right time, communication with peers about potential delays
- Communication with internal and external suppliers (delivery dates, minimum ordering quantity, costs of goods)
- Preparing of custom clearance documentation
- Translation of documents
- Creating production orders
- Purchasing & Procurement
- Securing of goods and samples for the PZ/PF solving issues with not delivered goods
- Control and management of internal reports (eg. shipped not received report – cleaning up the report (H1) and some other reports as well.
- Complaint handling (internal / external) for countries serviced by Lodz warehouse but outside Poland
- Introduction of new items (communication with external suppliers, reinsurance)
- Administrative documents for headquarters
- Control of price settings and corrections (TP / CP / Vendor quotes)
- DDNF message (internal complaints - warehouse support) – support with stock adjustments, continuity of correspondence support, DDNF reporting
- Direct ship solutions not delivered or delayed, returns support, arranging return shipments
- Obsolete parts solution, customer special requirements support (special labeling, packaging – negotiating with customers)
- Contact with planning team regarding to minimum balances and lot sizes
Required Skills & Experience:
- Fluency in Polish and good English skills (B2)
- Minimum secondary education, education in logistics is a plus
- Experience in Supply Chain / Purchasing or similar role
- Diligence and commitment to assigned tasks
- Enthusiasm and ability to work in a team
- Focus on compliance with occupational health and safety rules
- You are looking for a stable, long-term employer
- Proficiency in MS Excel (desirable)
