Position Overview:
This role oversees the fireplace installation team, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines, company policies, and safety regulations while prioritizing customer satisfaction. The position involves leadership, training, operational management, customer interaction, and project oversight.
Primary Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development: Train and mentor installation team members, implementing programs focused on safety, efficiency, and technical expertise.

Policy & Procedure Enforcement: Maintain and improve operational policies to enhance productivity and ensure compliance. Assign tasks effectively and monitor execution.

Installation Oversight: Supervise the safe and efficient installation of various fireplace brands. Conduct field visits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Coordination: Collaborate with the customer service team to manage scheduling and resolve client concerns professionally.

Project & Safety Supervision: Perform job site visits, work with sales teams to ensure successful installations, and enforce OSHA compliance and fleet safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: At least 8 years in fireplace installation or a related field, with proven leadership and project management experience.

Skills: Strong labor scheduling abilities, customer service expertise, and effective team management. Excellent communication and delegation skills.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various fireplace brands, proficiency in business software, knowledge of OSHA regulations (OSHA30 required), and NFI certification (preferred).

Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:

The expected salary range for this position is $90k - $140k with an opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus, profit sharing grant and 401(k) match. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
