About the Role:

Harrison Gray Search has been retained to find an experienced Commercial Lines Producer with a strong focus on construction for a leading independent insurance agency. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven producer to leverage their industry expertise, build a strong book of business, and work with a highly respected team.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 20 years of commercial lines production experience, specializing in construction-related risks. The agency provides a competitive base salary ($75,000 - $125,000) plus commission and a robust support system to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Develop customized insurance programs tailored to clients’ unique risk exposures.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service and client retention.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 20 years of experience in commercial lines insurance production.
• Construction insurance expertise is required.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently while leveraging internal support.
• Resides within 30 miles of Fairfax, VA office location.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 + commission.
