Position Summary


The Head of Orthodontic Business Development and Commercial Operations will lead the strategic growth and commercial success of our fixed orthodontics division within the U.S. This executive role is responsible for driving business expansion, overseeing commercial operations, and ensuring sustained profitability. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in business development, commercial strategy, and operational leadership within the healthcare or dental industry.


Key Responsibilities


  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive growth in the orthodontic sector.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance market share, brand presence, and customer engagement.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee commercial operations, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to set long-term objectives, aligning business initiatives with the company’s mission and values.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, setting performance goals, fostering professional growth, and promoting a collaborative culture.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effectiveness.


Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within business management, healthcare, or the orthodontics/dental industry.


Skills:


  • Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivation, delegation, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Financial acumen in budgeting and cost management.
