Dental Technical Advisor, Removables

We are hiring a Dental Technical Advisor with advanced removables experience to lead daily case support and technical guidance in our growing dental laboratory. This is a hands-on leadership role blending communication, quality control, and problem-solving across removable prosthetics.

You will serve as the primary technical resource for dentists and internal teams, helping manage workflows, troubleshoot clinical challenges, and maintain case standards for dentures, partials, and related appliances.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee removable case flow and support technical staff in production and adjustments
• Communicate directly with dentists on case design, impressions, and esthetic or fit concerns
• Evaluate and assign incoming removable cases to the appropriate team or technician
• Provide chairside and in-lab support for custom try-ins, relines, repairs, and shade matching
• Ensure clinical records and lab notes are complete and updated in lab software
• Identify and resolve case issues before they reach production bottlenecks
• Train new technicians and provide guidance on removable workflows and standards
• Monitor remake trends and help reduce error rates through coaching and oversight
• Perform final case reviews prior to shipping, ensuring consistent quality and fit

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in dental lab removables, including dentures, partials, relines, and repairs
• Strong understanding of removable prosthetics, bite registration, occlusion, and esthetics
• Experience communicating directly with dentists on clinical and lab-related topics
• Proficiency with lab software and digital case tracking
• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritize tasks and handle time-sensitive cases
• Confident in coaching staff and resolving technical challenges in real time

Compensation and Benefits

• $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience
