A respected private dental practice in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join its established team. Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative and cosmetic procedures
• Build lasting relationships with patients through clear communication and trust
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members for efficient workflows
• Utilize SMART techniques (IAOMT) for mercury amalgam removal
• Contribute to practice culture and long-term growth goals

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Colorado dental license or ability to obtain
• Two years of experience preferred; GPR/AEGD graduates and new grads welcome
• Proficiency or interest in clear aligners, implants, or oral surgery is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Benefits and Compensation:

• Earning potential of $240,000+ annually
• Up to $1,000 daily guarantee, plus 25% of collections for the first 12 months
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Up to $10,000 in sign-on, relocation, or continuing education bonus
• Fully digital office: iTero, Planmeca CBCT, handheld X-rays
• Patient base: 60% fee-for-service, 40% PPO
• 9 operatories with full RDA and hygiene support
