A high-performing dental practice in Danville, CA is seeking a full-time or part-time Endodontist to join its specialty-driven team. With strong referral volume, modern systems, and an experienced support staff, this opportunity offers clinical autonomy, financial growth, and the flexibility to build a long-term role in a supportive private practice setting. Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient, high-quality endodontic care to a PPO patient base
• Perform 4 to 5 root canal procedures per day
• Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative teams
• Build trust with patients through clear communication and care
• Contribute to a team-oriented, specialty-focused practice

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited residency program
• Active California dental license or eligibility to obtain
• At least 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits and Compensation:

• Earning potential up to $500,000+ annually, based on production
• $10,000 to $15,000 sign-on or relocation bonus (with one-year agreement)
