A respected private dental practice east of Buffalo, NY is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to join its growing team. With a PPO and fee-for-service patient base, strong clinical mentorship, and daily patient volume, this is an ideal opportunity for early-career dentists looking to gain speed, confidence, and long-term earning potential. Responsibilities:

• Provide full-scope general dentistry in a team-based environment
• Deliver high-quality treatment with support from experienced doctors and hygienists
• Build trust with patients through consistent communication and care
• Participate in mentorship and clinical skill development
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active New York dental license or ability to obtain within 6 weeks
• DEA certification
• Bread and butter dentistry skillset
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered mindset
• Open to new graduates and visa sponsorship

Benefits and Compensation:

• $1,000 daily guarantee for the first 3 months or;
• 35 percent of collections, whichever is higher
• Average income: $250,000 to $300,000+ annually
• Up to $10,000 sign-on / relocation / CE bonus (with 1-year commitment)
• Consistent case volume with over 100 patients daily across the practice
• PPO and FFS only — no Medicaid
• Free lab fees during ramp-up
• Option to work 4 or 5 days per week (35 to 37 hours)
