District Partners is partnering with a global data and analytics organization to identify a Manager, Corporate Accounting, Equity Compensation, Benefits and Debt. This is a high-impact role within a growing, public-company environment, offering the opportunity to own and lead complex accounting areas while working cross-functionally across a global finance organization.


This role will serve as a subject matter expert across several technical accounting areas, including share-based compensation, employee benefits, debt, derivatives, and key accruals. The position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting the close process, and maintaining compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead accounting for share-based compensation, including valuations, expense recognition, and related reporting
  • Oversee accounting for employee benefit programs, including pensions, retirement plans, and other post-employment benefits
  • Manage accounting for debt arrangements and derivative instruments, including interest accruals, hedge accounting, and related disclosures
  • Own key accruals and reserve accounting, including payroll, bonus, insurance, and other judgment-based estimates
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and review financial statement disclosures related to areas of responsibility
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, Treasury, and FP&A
  • Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls (SOX/ICFR)
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability


What You'll Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA required
  • 5–8+ years of relevant experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or a large, multinational organization
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly in areas such as stock-based compensation, benefits, debt, and derivatives
  • Experience working in a public company environment or supporting public company clients
  • Familiarity with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, OneStream, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions in a remote environment
