Service & Repair Tech

$24 - $40 per hour

The Externals Group are working with a large roofing & construction contractor that specializes in full service residential projects. Growing quickly, they are on the look out for an all in Service & Repair technician in the area to work in unison with the sales team to inspect, repair and compete warranty work on homes across Michigan and surrounding areas.

A Day in the Life:

• Attends to service calls, leak investigations, maintenance, and warranty work.
• Coordinate with Sales team to ensure accurate quotes and communication with homeowners are upheld and transparent.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and company protocols are followed at all locations

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a roofing and construction repair, service & inspection Tech.
• Experience with all residential and siding applications such as: cedar, vinyl & LP SmartSid
• Clean Drivers licence.
• Great customer service
