£50,000 - £75,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance & Bonus

The Externals Group are working with one of the London & the South Easts leading commercial roofing contractors. With over 40 years of expertise in the UK Roofing, our client is a trusted name in delivering high-quality solutions.

As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in the companies estimating department by visiting and surveying job sites for roof refurbishments and new construction works for across London & the South East.

A Day in the Life:

• Visiting and surveying all prospective sites
• Speaking to clients where appropriate and accurately recording their specific requirements
• Taking off quantities from your records and preparing costs
• Pricing additional works and variations on live contracts

Key Requirements:

• Commercial roofing knowledge & expertise
• Previous experience in roofing estimating
• Understanding of construction methods and materials, specifically in roofing.
• Have a very good understanding of the MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
