Job Info: Lead and manage daily roofing crews of 3-6 employees including foremen and labor teams. Oversee commercial roofing projects with emphasis on safety compliance, scheduling, and quality control. Responsibilities include crew scheduling, safety monitoring, project coordination, and hands-on assistance with various roofing tasks. Position involves both traditional commercial roofing and specialized metal roofing/edging systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sheet metal roofing experience as a superintendent
• Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to supervise crews effectively
