Production or Service Foreman

$35-$50 per hour DOE

The Externals group are working with a large commercial roofing contractor who specialize in flat roofing, custom sheet metal and roof maintenance. Established for the past 40 years servicing Minnesota and surrounding areas, looking for an experienced production foreman to join the team.

Day in the life:

• Maintain a clean work area, taking care of equipment and prep roof for new material.
• You'll work on roof installs, repairs and tear offs
• Load and unload materials and set up ladders, hoists and scaffolds.
• Manage job site inventory, crew and project duration.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a foreman
• Commercial roofing experience
• Crew management
• strong commitment to upholding safety regulations.
