Are you an experienced Pre Construction Manager in the commercial roofing industry?

The Externals Group are looking for a Pre Construction manager in Maryland to work with a well known and established commercial roofing contractor, who specialize in the delivery of high-quality roofing solutions to commercial properties nationwide. You will report directly to the Regional Vice President using skills to work independently as well as part of a team you will communicate effectively with the Sales Team, Sr leadership team & Project Managers to ensure a smooth delivery of services.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage the Pre Construction side of roofing projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues.
• Ensure material, equipment and metal requests are accurately filled out.
• Work with estimating team to ensure accurate pricing, logistics, and staging are addressed pre-production

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in Commercial roofing management role
• Time management, able to prioritize work load and
• Great multitasking skills to manage multiple projects at the one time.
