£55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) + Commission

The Externals Group are working with one of the London & the South Easts leading commercial roofing contractors. With over 40 years of expertise in the UK Roofing, our client is a trusted name in delivering high-quality solutions.

As a BDM, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of our clients sales and growth strategy as they expand across London and the South of England. You’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performing Sales division and have a direct impact on the future of the business.

A Day in the Life:

• Lead and execute our business development and sales strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities in London and the South
• Attend meetings, events, and networking functions to raise the company profile

Key Requirements:

• Commercial roofing knowledge & expertise
• Previous experience in roofing sales & business development
• Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and win business
• Confident using CRM systems like HubSpot
