• Drive Results → Hit and exceed KPIs (revenue, basket, conversion).
• Lead a Winning Team → Recruit, coach & energize 6–10 teammates.
• Create Customer Magic → Premium welcome, loyalty, and service.
• Keep Operations Sharp → Merchandising, inventory, back-office, HR & budgets.
• Be the Bridge to HQ → Reporting, strategy & execution.

🔍 Your Profile:

✔️ Strong track record managing a 6–10 person store.

✔️ Commercially minded, data-driven & solution-oriented.

✔️ Inspiring leader, passionate about sneakers, lifestyle & fashion.

✔️ Fluent in Dutch (Flemish) and/or English (French = plus).
