About the Opportunity

Join our client, a dynamic company experiencing significant growth. As a Senior Accountant, you'll report to the new Head of Finance and play a crucial role in establishing a month end process. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ERP implementation and contribute to improving financial reporting efficiencies. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to establish stronger month-end processes and streamline bank reporting. If you're passionate about optimizing financial processes and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting functions.

- Lead the month-end close process.

- Prepare and optimize monthly and quarterly bank reports.

- Collaborate in finalizing the year-end process and support audit reviews.

- Contribute to the ERP system (Epicor) implementation and process improvements.

What You Bring

- Proficiency in full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, and payroll.

- Strong capabilities in Excel for driving process improvements.

- Experience in financial reporting with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.

- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Epicor.

- Ability to adapt to new processes and contribute to building efficient systems.
