We’re partnering with a leading engineering firm to find a licensed Professional Engineer ready to step into a leadership role as Department Head – Electrical Engineer in Casper, WY. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with a full relocation package available.

In this role, you’ll lead electrical design projects across various sectors, mentor a talented team of engineers, and work directly with project managers and clients to deliver high-impact building systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• PE license (required)
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in electrical design or project management
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in Visual, Elum Tools, and MS Office (AutoCAD and Revit are a plus)
• A passion for leadership, mentorship, and quality engineering
