We’re partnering with a dynamic, mission-driven financial services firm to find an experienced Insurance Specialist to join their team in Southington, CT. This is a client-facing position focused on insurance strategy and planning—not sales.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in life and health insurance, Medicare, and financial integration. You’ll work hand-in-hand with financial planners and advisors to craft holistic insurance solutions that align with long-term goals.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct insurance gap analysis & develop personalized solutions

• Advise on Medicare, life, and disability insurance needs

• Collaborate with advisors to deliver holistic financial strategies

• Guide clients through enrollment and education processes

• Stay current on compliance and regulatory changes

Must-Haves:

• 5–7 years in insurance or Medicare consulting

• Active CT Life & Health Insurance license (Access Health a plus)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Econ, or related field

• Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills
