Salary: $118,000–$142,000

What You’ll Do:

Oversee design execution from entitlements through construction support

Lead and mentor project teams

Engage directly with clients and agencies

Contribute to business development and project proposals

What You’ll Bring:

10+ years of civil engineering design experience

3+ years in a lead project management role

California PE license

Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
