Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This is a key leadership role, responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure project goals are met
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead job site meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
• Resolve issues that arise during construction in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Ensure quality standards and project specifications are upheld throughout the process

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven track record managing ground-up and/or tenant improvement projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software, and building codes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
