Compensation: $70K-$120K (Base+Bonus)

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday

One of our top-performing client shops in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a skilled Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join their fast-growing team. This shop has doubled revenue over the past year and boasts an ARO of ~$1,300 — they're ready to level up with the right front-counter professional.

What You’ll Do

✅ Greet customers and guide them through the service process with clarity and professionalism

✅ Build estimates, communicate repairs, and close sales — no ceiling on your earnings

✅ Coordinate workflow with technicians, ensuring smooth operations

✅ Maintain high customer satisfaction while driving sales and gross profit

✅ Leverage TekMetric to keep everything organized
