AutoShop Recruiting is partnering with a trusted, independently owned auto repair shop in Weston, WI that’s known for its great culture, loyal customers, and commitment to quality service. We’re looking for a General Service Technician who’s ready to work with a supportive team, grow their skills, and build a career in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🛠 Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic preventative maintenance

🔍 Conduct vehicle inspections and identify minor repair needs

🚗 Assist technicians with light repairs and shop organization

📦 Maintain cleanliness of bays and support parts/tool management

📋 Follow repair orders and safety protocols carefully and consistently

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1+ year of shop or mechanical experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)

✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

✔ Willingness to learn and grow within the industry

✔ Must be reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
