About the Opportunity:

AutoShop Recruiting is representing a respected, independently owned auto repair shop in Lexington, KY that’s built a strong reputation for honesty, high-quality repairs, and a technician-first culture. We’re seeking an experienced A-Level Technician who can handle complex diagnostics and repairs, lead by example, and keep our customers’ vehicles running at their best.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🛠 Diagnose and repair all makes and models with accuracy and efficiency

🔍 Perform advanced drivability diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting

🚗 Execute major repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems

📋 Complete thorough inspections and document findings clearly

🤝 Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience

✔ ASE certifications preferred (Master Tech a plus)

✔ Strong diagnostic and electrical skills

✔ Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume shop

✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
