💵 Compensation: $75,000 – $110,000/year (based on experience + performance)

AutoShop Recruiting is proud to represent a top-performing, privately owned automotive repair shop in Yonkers, NY. Known for outstanding service and strong shop culture, they’re looking to add a customer-focused Service Advisor to their growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers and guide them through the service process
• Clearly explain repair needs, estimates, and timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality and timely service
• Maintain service records and manage repair orders
• Promote additional services and maintenance when appropriate
• Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Contribute to a team-oriented, high-performing environment

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of automotive repair and diagnostics
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with repair order software (e.g., Tekmetric, Mitchell)
• ASE certification is a plus, but not required
