Compensation: $60,000-$150,000 (Base + Commission, DOE)

The Role
We’re looking for a fearless, high-energy Automotive Recruiter who’s ready to go full throttle. You’ll:
- Hunt down top-tier automotive technicians and advisors
- Pick up the phone and close candidates who didn’t even know they were looking
- Build strong pipelines and relationships across the U.S. and Canada
- Partner with shop owners and operators to solve their #1 pain point: finding great people
- Contribute to a culture that’s competitive, fun, and faith-driven

What We’re Looking For
- A closer who thrives on the thrill of the hunt
- Strong experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
- Automotive or "Blue Collar" industry knowledge is a huge plus
- Confidence interviewing, assessing, and pitching opportunities
- Outstanding communication & relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Bullhorn)
- A track record of placements and wins you’re proud of
