AutoShop Recruiting is partnering with a premier European specialty repair shop in Gainesville, GA that blends racing heritage with modern repair excellence. Housed in a 20,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility with 8 bays (and space to double that), this shop is in a rapid growth phase—transitioning from pro racing to one of the area’s top destinations for European vehicle repair.

We’re seeking an elite A-Level Technician with advanced diagnostic skills, module programming expertise, and a passion for precision work. This is a high-level role for a professional who wants consistent hours, strong pay, and the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the shop expands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🛠 Diagnose and repair advanced systems on European makes including BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, and more

🔍 Perform high-level drivability, electrical, and module programming work

🚗 Handle complex engine, transmission, and suspension repairs with accuracy

📋 Complete detailed inspections and communicate findings clearly to the service team

🤝 Collaborate with a supportive, forward-thinking leadership team focused on quality, not quotas

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven A-Level experience (European background required; exotic experience a plus)

✔ Strong electrical, diagnostic, and programming skills

✔ Professional, dependable, and committed to doing the job right the first time

✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

✔ Interest in long-term growth and possibly moving into a foreman/management role
