About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading multi-unit automotive repair company in the D.C. area, is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Area Manager to oversee 3–5 locations. This is a newly created leadership role designed to help elevate store performance, strengthen processes, and drive both revenue and culture across multiple shops.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor store managers and their teams, ensuring each location is energized, motivated, and aligned with company goals.
  • Drive Results: Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across all assigned shops.
  • Process Improvement: Implement, refine, and enforce systems that maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Leadership: Coach managers and advisors on sales strategies that increase revenue while keeping a customer-first focus.
  • Culture Building: Rally the team with enthusiasm and positivity, fostering an environment where employees are engaged, productive, and proud to work.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure consistency of operations, compliance, and customer service standards across all locations.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven multi-unit management experience (3+ years preferred) in automotive repair, retail, or a similar service industry
  • Strong background in KPI management, operational efficiency, and sales leadership
  • Natural motivator with high energy who can inspire, coach, and build winning teams
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution
  • A track record of driving growth and hitting performance goals
