What We're Looking For

We’re partnering with a fast-growing performance marketing agency in the US that works with leading DTC brands in beauty, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle. The team blends creativity, data, and storytelling to help eCommerce brands scale through high-performing paid social. You’ll join a collaborative environment where experimentation, innovation, and performance are at the core of everything they do.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms (setup, optimization, reporting).
  • Translate creative concepts into structured, scalable campaign builds.
  • Monitor performance to hit ROAS, MER, and CPA goals.
  • Run A/B tests on creative, audiences, bids, and placements to find winning combinations.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to brief new concepts based on insights.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports with clear recommendations.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts across multiple accounts.


What You Bring

  • At least 2 years experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally in an agency or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (required).
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or Google Ads is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data.
  • Solid understanding of key eCommerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, MER, AOV, LTV).
  • Experience managing 20K USD or more in monthly budgets across several brands.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, test-and-learn approach to scaling campaigns.


Nice to Have

  • Background in DTC brand growth.
  • Familiarity with creative strategy or ad concepting.
  • Experience using third-party analytics or attribution tools.
