What we're looking for

We are hiring a Meta Media Buyer to join a fast-growing performance marketing agency built around full-funnel paid media. The agency works with a portfolio of DTC, lead generation, and e-commerce brands, using Meta as a core growth channel. The team moves quickly, collaborates closely, and focuses heavily on data-driven decisions that scale performance.

In this role, you will take ownership of Meta campaign execution across multiple client accounts. You will partner closely with strategists, account leads, and creative teams to manage buying, testing, and optimization. This is a full-time contractor opportunity designed for someone who brings deep platform expertise, strong autonomy, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across multiple client accounts using ASC, CBO, ABO, and GEM or Andromeda frameworks.
  • Manage daily pacing, budget allocation, and bid strategies across accounts with varying spend levels.
  • Run structured creative tests and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor CPA, ROAS, and CAC performance while proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities.
  • Implement and verify CAPI setups and event tracking to ensure accurate performance data.
  • Collaborate with strategists, creative teams, and project managers to keep campaigns running smoothly.
  • Contribute insights to weekly performance reports that can be used in client-facing conversations.
  • Stay current with Meta platform updates and apply new features or strategies when relevant.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, ideally within an agency managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Deep experience working with ASC, CBO and ABO structures, GEM or Andromeda frameworks, and CAPI optimization.
  • Proven experience managing budgets starting at $10K per month and scaling accounts effectively.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to explain why campaigns or creatives perform well or underperform.
  • Ability to manage 3 to 6 accounts independently while maintaining strong performance.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication for internal collaboration and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Sheets, ClickUp or similar project management tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving agency environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience running Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, or Performance Max.
  • Experience across additional paid media platforms.
  • Background working with DTC brands or lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience within e-commerce, particularly in beauty or consumer products.
  • Comfort interpreting attribution data across marketing platforms.
  • Exposure to creative briefing or light creative strategy work.

Benefits

  • Competitive USD salary.
  • 100% remote work.
  • Paid Time Off + Paid Sick Leave + US Holidays.
  • Flexible Fridays.
