About Proppel

We connect LATAM talent with remote work opportunities in the most exciting companies worldwide.

If you're looking for the opportunity to develop your skills and work with some of the best and most exciting companies in the US and beyond, Proppel can help.

What we're looking for

A fast-growing US-based health and wellness company is looking for a Logistics Manager to own the supply chain and operations behind their supplement product line. You will be the connective tissue between manufacturers, fulfillment partners, and internal teams, keeping inventory, labels, and purchase orders moving on time and on track. This is a detail-heavy, execution-focused role on a lean team where proactivity and follow-through are everything.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitor and follow up on open purchase orders across multiple contract manufacturers, tracking status from production through delivery to the 3PL.
  • Manage label and component inventory across SKUs and facilities, including secondary packaging such as boxes, jars, and spray tubes.
  • Keep inventory tracking updated in Google Sheets and synced with the fulfillment partner's WMS (ShipEdge), including non-synced items ordered independently.
  • Coordinate pick-and-pack requirements at the warehouse and ensure inbound shipments arrive correctly and on time.
  • Update the team in Asana with clear, proactive status reports without being asked.
  • Communicate directly with manufacturing partners via Slack, email, and phone to resolve issues and keep timelines on track.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating suppliers, manufacturers, labels, or fulfillment workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a project management mindset that keeps multiple moving parts from slipping.
  • Confidence picking up the phone, not just relying on email, when a vendor needs to be followed up with.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and comfort working within tools like Asana, Shopify, and API or WMS integrations.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • An AI-curious mindset, actively exploring tools that can make your workflows faster and smarter.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in CPG, dietary supplements, or regulated product environments (FDA, GMP).
  • Familiarity with contract manufacturers or 3PL fulfillment centers.
  • ERP system experience.

Benefits

  • Competitive USD salary.
  • 100% remote work.
  • Two weeks of Paid Time Off.
  • Company holidays.
