What we're looking for 

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing US-based startup in the digital advertising space. They work with e-commerce brands across the US, Canada, and beyond, and they need a sharp, proactive Jr Customer Success team member who thrives in a dynamic, no-handbook environment. If you're someone who takes ownership without being told to, this one's for you.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage day-to-day communication with US-based e-commerce clients via Slack and email, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Coordinate across 3-4 internal teams (design, tech, production, and sales/marketing) to keep projects moving and clients informed.
  • Support client onboarding, monitor account performance, and proactively flag opportunities for improvement.
  • Track progress across all accounts using CRM and account management tools.
  • Test and provide feedback on an in-house ad tech platform.
  • Jump on client calls when needed and adapt your communication style to each account.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or account management roles.
  • Impeccable written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts and coordinate between teams without losing track of the details.
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers as part of your daily workflow.
  • An ownership mindset: you spot what needs to be done and do it, even when there's no playbook.
  • Availability during US hours (ET preferred).


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Manager or social advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, or basic SEO concepts.
  • Background in a startup, agency, or US B2B account management environment.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and enthusiasm for adopting new technology.
