What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing UK-based performance marketing agency focused on helping e-commerce and D2C brands scale through high-impact creative. The team is collaborative, curious, and driven by results, with a strong emphasis on testing, learning, and continuous improvement. You’ll work within a pod alongside a Creative Strategist and other creatives, contributing to a culture that values ownership, integrity, and growth. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design high-performing static and video ads for paid social campaigns.
• Create platform-native content for channels like Meta and TikTok.
• Edit and iterate on video assets, including hooks, captions, and variations.
• Translate performance insights into compelling creative concepts.
• Collaborate closely with strategists and cross-functional teams.
• Continuously test, refine, and improve creative based on results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a creative or performance-focused role.
• Strong hands-on experience with paid social creative, both static and video.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals.
• Experience working with e-commerce or D2C brands.
• Ability to create UGC-style video content.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
• Ability to work with at least 4 hours overlap with UK time.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI creative tools.
• Ability to turn static assets into video using AI.
• Background in fashion, accessories, or healthcare brands.
• Experience working in an agency environment.
