What we're looking for

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based e-commerce brand specializing in performance alpaca socks with a strong direct-to-consumer focus. Creative is the engine behind paid media growth, and you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution that drives customer acquisition at scale.


This is a senior leadership role where you’ll lead a high-performing in-house creative team and shape the future of performance creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. You’ll operate at the intersection of creative strategy, AI-powered production, and rapid experimentation, building systems that unlock speed, volume, and results.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead performance creative strategy across paid channels, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 7 to 10 creatives, including editors, designers, and strategists.
  • Build and scale AI-powered workflows for concepting, scripting, and content production.
  • Develop high-volume testing frameworks to identify winning ad concepts quickly.
  • Translate performance data into new creative ideas that improve CTR, CPA, and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with Growth to align creative output with campaign strategy and insights.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance creative within DTC or e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record managing ads that drive measurable results across paid channels.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and hook rate.
  • Experience leading creative teams producing high volumes of ad content.
  • Deep familiarity with UGC-style ads and short-form video formats.
  • Hands-on experience or strong curiosity around AI tools and creative workflows.


Nice to Have

  • Experience at a DTC-focused creative agency or in-house full-stack team.
  • Hands-on experience creating Meta ad creatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of AI tools for scaling creative production.
