What we're looking for 

A US-based performance marketing agency is looking for a sharp, fast-moving AI Video Editor to join their creative team. You'll be editing direct response ads for DTC brands across Meta and TikTok, with a strong focus on output volume, creative variation, and data-informed iteration. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Edit 3 to 5 short-form performance ads per day, including recuts, variations, and new angles built from existing footage.
  • Produce direct response video ads for Meta and TikTok, covering UGC content, influencer footage, and voiceover-led ad formats.
  • Generate voiceover ads using scripts and text-to-voice tools, developing polished final assets ready for paid media testing.
  • Use ad performance data (drop-off rates, hook hold rates, and CTR) to inform re-edits and creative improvements.
  • Collaborate with creative strategists to build multiple ad variations from a single brief, maximising testing volume and creative diversity.
  • Explore and integrate AI video and image generation tools into your editing workflow to increase output efficiency and creative range.


Requirements

  • Agency background with hands-on experience editing performance creatives for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
  • Proven ability to cut multiple ad variations and recuts from existing footage quickly and accurately.
  • Experience editing UGC and influencer content for paid social, with a strong instinct for pacing, hooks, and conversion-focused storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of ad metrics and the ability to use performance data to guide re-edit decisions.
  • Experience with DTC brands, ideally in women's health, supplements, or beauty.
  • An open and curious mindset toward AI tools, LLMs, and emerging content creation platforms.


Nice to Have

  • Motion design skills for adding supers, transitions, or visual polish to AI-generated and edited assets.
  • Existing connections to freelance talent for pre or post-production support.
