What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based digital media company focused on creating high-performing content for social platforms. The team is energetic, collaborative, and operates with a strong “all hands on deck” mindset. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, move quickly, and contribute creative ideas that directly impact performance and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit engaging short-form videos optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Identify trends, hooks, and storytelling formats that drive engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and iterate on creative concepts.
• Take ownership of projects from brief to final delivery with minimal direction.
• Optimize content based on performance insights and audience behavior.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating high-performing social media video content.
• Strong understanding of trends, pacing, hooks, and engagement techniques.
• Hands-on experience editing specifically for social platforms.
• Ability to work independently and take full creative ownership.
• Clear and effective English communication skills.
• Understanding of the US market and audience preferences.
• Availability to work within Pacific Standard Time business hours (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) or maintain significant overlap with this schedule.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience posting or scheduling content on social media platforms.
• Familiarity with broader social media workflows and best practices.
• Experience collaborating with remote or global teams.
