What we're looking for 

You will join a fast-growing US-based skincare brand selling across DTC, Sephora, and Amazon. The company is scaling quickly and needs a hands-on operator who brings structure, ownership, and follow-through. You will be the operational backbone, ensuring products move smoothly from production to customer while keeping systems organized and reliable. The culture is lean, collaborative, and execution-focused, where you are trusted to take ownership and get things done.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own purchase order and manufacturing order execution from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to keep production on track.
• Manage 3PL relationships, fulfillment workflows, and shipment tracking.
• Oversee wholesale and marketplace logistics, including retailer coordination.
• Maintain accurate inventory visibility and operational reporting.
• Support product launches by ensuring operational readiness across channels.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, ecommerce, retail, or CPG.
• Experience working with vendors, manufacturers, and fulfillment partners.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL operations and wholesale logistics.
• Advanced skills in tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar systems.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-ups.

Nice to Have

• Experience in DTC or CPG scaling environments.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or Sephora Vendor systems.
• Background in beauty or skincare brands.
• Experience with product launches, compliance, or chargebacks.
• Exposure to system optimization or process improvement projects.
