What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based e-commerce brand in the wellness space, known for its playful tone and strong product storytelling. The team is collaborative, fast-moving, and focused on building a distinctive brand that converts. You’ll take high-level creative direction and turn it into polished, high-performing assets across every customer touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and produce assets for landing pages, email, SMS, paid ads, Amazon listings, packaging, and brand collateral.
• Translate founder and growth ideas into conversion-focused creative.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity to ensure consistency across channels.
• Create strong design and copy alignment.
• Collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, Creative, and E-commerce teams on launches and experiments.
• Build templates and systems to improve speed and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic or brand design within DTC, ecommerce, CPG, or startups.
• A strong portfolio across email, web, paid social, product listings, and print.
• Ability to work from ambiguity and move quickly with high-quality output.
• Proven experience designing for conversion.
• Strong English communication skills.
• High ownership mindset with a low-ego, startup-friendly attitude.
• Solid copywriting skills that complement your design work.

Nice to Have

• Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, or consumer health.
• Familiarity with Amazon Creative and listings.
• Experience building design systems for lean teams.
