About Proppel

We connect LATAM talent with remote work opportunities in the most exciting companies worldwide.

If you're looking for the opportunity to develop your skills and work with some of the best and most exciting companies in the US and beyond, Proppel can help.

What we're looking for

A fast-growing US-based creative advertising agency is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to architect and build the internal platform that powers how they create, strategise, and operate. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where you will own the technical direction of systems used daily across the entire team. If you thrive in fast-paced, founder-led environments and want your engineering work to directly reshape how a creative business runs, this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and build AI-powered internal tools across the full stack, including frontend interfaces, backend services, data pipelines, and API integrations.
  • Build creative intelligence systems that ingest performance data (Meta, TikTok, Google) and surface actionable insights for strategy teams.
  • Develop production pipelines that take a creative brief through AI-assisted asset generation (image, video, copy) to a review-ready output.
  • Integrate and orchestrate generative AI models (Claude, OpenAI, Runway, FLUX, and others) as structured components of real production workflows.
  • Connect and automate internal tools, including Slack, Notion, Google Drive, and After Effects, to reduce manual overhead across the team.
  • Collaborate directly with strategists, creative directors, and producers to identify and prioritise the highest-leverage software interventions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a portfolio covering frontend, backend, and data work.
  • Strong Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript experience.
  • Proven experience building production systems on top of LLM APIs or generative AI models, not just consumer tools.
  • Experience in architecting scalable systems and owning the full technical lifecycle from design through to deployment and iteration.
  • Track record of self-directed delivery, scoping, and shipping non-trivial projects without heavy management scaffolding.
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical decisions into plain language for non-technical teammates.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the Meta Marketing API or Ads Library for programmatic creative data extraction.
  • Hands-on work with video and image generation models (Runway, Kling, FLUX) in production contexts.
  • Background in performance marketing, creative agencies, or ad-tech environments.

Benefits

  • Competitive USD salary
  • 100% remote work
  • Paid Time Off
  • US festive days
