What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based beauty brand founded by a renowned makeup artist, known for redefining simplicity and quality in the beauty industry. In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Manager, Retention and play a key part in executing and optimizing lifecycle marketing initiatives across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail channels.


You’ll help bring campaigns to life from planning to deployment, contributing to the development of automated journeys that drive conversions and increase customer lifetime value. You’re someone who enjoys working with both creativity and data, supporting segmentation strategies, ensuring flawless execution through testing and QA, and continuously analyzing performance to uncover opportunities for improvement.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the daily execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail channels.
  • Help build and optimize automated journeys and campaigns to drive conversions and repeat purchases.
  • Collaborate on campaign planning, including briefing, content coordination, and deployment.
  • Assist in audience segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
  • Conduct QA and testing for all outbound communications, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Track campaign performance and contribute insights and recommendations to improve engagement and results.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within DTC e-commerce environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, familiarity with Klaviyo or PostScript is a plus.
  • Experience with SMS marketing strategies and direct mail campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience running A/B tests and translating data into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
