You’ll bring a dynamic mix of creativity, operational excellence, and change management expertise to a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate thrives in complex ecosystems, is equally fluent in executive-level planning and ground-level delivery, and brings deep experience in both product strategy and payments infrastructure.

If you're passionate about building products that transform how businesses manage retail and process payments—and enjoy working onsite in a collaborative, high-energy team—this is your opportunity to make a major impact.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing product teams
  • Expertise in managing budgets, team performance, and professional development
  • Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and collaboration with geographically distributed teams
  • Operationally strong, with a history of building scalable, efficient processes
  • A bold change agent who embraces innovation and challenges the status quo
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills—especially in person
  • Deep understanding of the retail industry, with curiosity about emerging tech like AI
  • Strategic mindset that connects product functionality with real-world business impact

Payments Expertise

  • 5+ years in senior payments or fintech leadership roles
  • Direct experience scaling or building payment gateway platforms for B2B and B2C use cases
  • Solid understanding of acquiring, ISO/MSP models, and PayFac structures
  • Strong background in both card-present and card-not-present transactions
  • Expertise in interchange optimization (Levels 1, 2, and 3)
  • Familiarity with tokenization, fraud prevention, PCI-DSS, P2PE, 3D Secure
  • Hands-on experience integrating with leading processors (e.g., Global Payments, Fiserv, TSYS, Stripe, Adyen)
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and payment orchestration layers
  • Familiarity with POS, ERP, and eCommerce integrations
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements including KYC, KYB, and AML
  • Experience with digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo), ACH, RTP, BNPL, and embedded payments
  • Expertise in reconciliation, settlement, interchange pass-through, and revenue-sharing models
  • Solid foundation in analytics and reporting—transaction insights, billing models, and merchant-level reporting

What You'll Do

  • Report to the CIO and define the strategic direction for the company’s retail and payment platforms
  • Own the product roadmap and partner with globally distributed delivery teams to meet key milestones
  • Optimize product development processes for consistency, speed, and quality
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with evolving business needs
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and propose better operational alternatives when needed
  • Interface directly with clients to uncover needs, shape product development plans, and evaluate ROI
  • Support sales and business development by shaping product messaging, value propositions, and GTM strategy
  • Forge and manage strategic relationships with vendors, partners, and key enterprise clients
  • Cultivate a high-performance team culture that values accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration
