Product Manager

A privately held full-service payment provider is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the Product Department and contribute to the success of its innovative payment solutions for sales organizations, such as ISOs and ISVs. This role involves product development, maintenance, and enhancing customer and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all products, ensuring in-depth knowledge and expertise.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agent/ISO processes for merchant services setup and pricing.
• Monitor and track KPIs to ensure adherence to operational policies and recommend strategies for quality assurance based on client and staff feedback.
• Shape and support the goals and strategies for partner campaigns to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Introduce products to pilot groups (customers, ISVs/ISOs/agents) for successful implementation.
• Collaborate with the development team to test and log updates for production, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Work with customers and partners on technology enhancements, providing training on product functionality.
• Track, organize, and advise ISVs or integrated partners through the API integration process.
• Maintain a strong understanding of backend processes for the company dashboard.
• Implement strategies and procedures to enhance enterprise client services and retention efforts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of experience with software user interfaces, preferably in financial technology.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a product management role.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ASANA.
• Proficiency in screenshare and meeting software.
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, CSS, HTML) and API documentation.
• Experience in the merchant processing industry and with Google Analytics or similar tools.
