Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Plumber in the state of New York
• A leader of yourself and others
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Motavated entrepreneurial mindset
• Demonstrated management skills
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Pride of workmanship / ownership
• Experience leading a team of Plumbing Techs either running your own business or withing an organization. 
• Solid interest in being a business owner with ability to do so

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations - develop strategies to continue the success of this territory's performance
• Take the lead on continued expansion of the territory and development of the team
• Total P&L responsibility - current territory revenue in excess of $5.5 million
• Leadership of current team and expansion of territory
• Hiring and managing payroll
• Equipment / parts inventory management
