Position Overview

We are seeking seasoned Full Stack Application Developers to support the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-grade software solutions hosted in both Azure and hybrid environments. This role will focus on delivering scalable web applications and microservices that meet evolving business needs through a structured intake process. The successful candidate will be involved in building APIs, services, and front-end features using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, Angular or React, HTML5, and CSS.

This individual will serve as a technical expert across projects, collaborating with business users, analysts, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver well-integrated, high-quality solutions. In addition to hands-on development, the role includes mentoring junior team members, upholding code quality standards, assisting with production support, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and product requirements into secure, high-performing web-based solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Design and implement features within a microservices architecture, incorporating APIs, databases, and data integrations.
• Maintain and modernize legacy applications as part of a broader application rationalization and migration effort.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for production issues across multiple environments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with scrum teams to report progress, surface blockers, and share status updates.
• Review, rebase, and merge pull requests in accordance with internal version control practices and security standards.
• Promote development consistency by enforcing established coding guidelines and contributing to internal technical documentation.
• Support sprint delivery targets through clear prioritization and coordination with the development manager and product stakeholders.
• Propose alternative technical solutions aligned with architectural standards and current tooling, ensuring optimal integration and security.
• Coach junior developers and interns on repo management, code quality, design considerations, and troubleshooting strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in developing web applications on the Microsoft technology stack.
• 6–8 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, Blazor, React or Angular, HTML5, CSS, Web APIs, and relational databases.
• Proven expertise with modern Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Container Registries, Azure DevOps (ADO), Application Insights, and OpenAI integrations.
• Experience connecting with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Azure Cosmos DB is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban (4–6 years), and experience with process maturity models like SEI CMM is a plus.
• Able to manage development efforts independently and take ownership of project delivery.
• Naturally proactive—asks questions, identifies inconsistencies, and anticipates roadblocks to help projects move forward.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to visualize the broader system implications of design choices.
• Comfortable mentoring peers and contributing to a high-performance team environment.

• Familiarity with secure coding practices and enterprise development standards
