The Role
As Director of Partnerships, youโll lead the development and management of external relationships, overseeing affiliate, influencer, brand, and retail partnership strategies. Youโll work closely with marketing, growth, and leadership teams to ensure partnerships align with brand goals and deliver measurable results.
What Youโll Do
๐ค Develop & Execute Partnership Strategy โ Build a comprehensive partnerships roadmap across affiliates, influencers, brand collaborations, and retail.
๐ Drive Acquisition & Revenue Growth โ Identify and manage partnerships that fuel customer acquisition, drive engagement, and contribute to business KPIs.
๐ Identify New Opportunities โ Source and cultivate strategic brand, wellness, and lifestyle partnerships that expand brand reach.
๐ข Lead Affiliate & Influencer Initiatives โ Manage affiliate programs and influencer partnerships, optimizing for performance and ROI.
๐งฉ Collaborate Cross-Functionally โ Work closely with marketing, content, growth, and leadership teams to integrate partnerships into broader brand strategies.
๐ Track & Report Performance โ Monitor and report on partnership performance, ensuring clear ROI and continuous optimization.
What Youโll Bring
โ๏ธ 5+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or business development (preferably in wellness, beauty, or consumer goods)
โ๏ธ Strong network in wellness, health, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
โ๏ธ Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
โ๏ธ Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives at once
