The Role

As Senior Director of Integrated Marketing, you’ll oversee the full go-to-market ecosystem. You’ll connect brand strategy to execution across campaigns, launches, retail, and digital. This role requires experience operating inside complex, scaled organizations and aligning cross-functional teams around clear marketing priorities.

🚀 Lead go-to-market strategy across product launches and major campaigns

🌎 Align messaging across digital, retail, and regional markets

🎯 Translate brand strategy into integrated campaign execution

🤝 Partner with growth, creative, and product leaders to ensure cohesion

What You’ll Bring

✔ 8–12+ years of marketing leadership experience

✔ Experience at $200M+ consumer brands with strong DTC presence

✔ Proven success leading integrated campaigns across channels

✔ Strong executive communication and alignment skills

✔ Ability to balance brand storytelling with commercial impact
