The Role

What You’ll Do
📅 Manage Schedules & Calendars – Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel with efficiency and foresight
📧 Handle Communications – Manage email inboxes, draft correspondence, and act as a gatekeeper for leadership
📂 Support Daily Operations – Assist with documents, expenses, invoices, and internal organization
🤝 Liaise with Teams & Partners – Coordinate with internal staff, vendors, and external partners
🧠 Anticipate Needs – Stay one step ahead by proactively identifying priorities and solving problems before they arise
📍 On-Site Support – Provide in-office support to ensure smooth daily workflows and execution
What You’ll Bring
✔️ 4–6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar support role
✔️ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication abilities
✔️ High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
