The Role

As Director of Media Strategy, you’ll define and oversee the paid media strategy across social, search, affiliate, programmatic, and emerging platforms. You’ll balance performance efficiency with long-term brand building, partnering closely with growth and creative teams.


What You’ll Do

📊 Own the paid media roadmap and channel mix strategy

📈 Optimize acquisition and efficiency across large media budgets

🧪 Drive testing frameworks across platforms and audiences

🤝 Collaborate with creative to align performance and storytelling

📅 Forecast, allocate, and manage significant media investments

📉 Analyze attribution models and optimize incrementality


What You’ll Bring

✔ 8+ years in paid media leadership roles

✔ Experience managing large budgets within $200M+ DTC brands

✔ Deep expertise across Meta, Google, affiliate, and emerging channels

✔ Strong analytical rigor and forecasting experience

✔ Ability to scale performance without sacrificing brand integrity
