The Role
As Influencer Marketing Team Lead, you will oversee all influencer marketing, PR, and media relations efforts. You’ll work closely with the founder and CEO to shape brand storytelling, cultivate high-impact partnerships, and position the brand as a must-have in the beauty industry.
What You’ll Do
🌟 Lead Influencer & PR Strategy: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, media outreach, and brand storytelling initiatives.
🤝 Build & Manage Key Relationships: Cultivate partnerships with influencers, content creators, editors, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand visibility.
📈 Oversee Campaign Execution: Manage influencer activations, seeding programs, and social media collaborations to drive engagement and sales.
📰 Lead Media & Press Outreach: Build relationships with beauty editors and media outlets to secure press placements and brand features.
🚀 Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, digital, and creative teams to align influencer strategies with larger brand goals.
